Ordering

When you place an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate, and that you are the child's parent or legal guardian or have their permission to share the details.

Production and delivery

Personalized Albums are typically delivered within 1–2 days and Custom Personalized Songs within 3–5 days. All products are delivered digitally by email. Estimated timelines are not guarantees.

Personal use license

Your music is licensed for personal, family and non-commercial use. You may play it at home, in the car and at family gatherings, and keep copies for your family. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform for profit or upload the music to streaming platforms as your own.

Content standards

We may decline or refund any order containing offensive, hateful, unsafe or unlawful content, or names or messages that appear intended to harass another person.

Accuracy of names

We record the name exactly as you spell it and pronounce it as you describe. Please review both carefully before submitting your order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
