How does the personalization work?

You give us the child's first name and how it's pronounced. Our vocalists and producers place that name throughout the music so it's sung naturally in the melody — not robotically dropped in.

What if the child has an unusual name?

Unusual, invented and family names are welcome. That's exactly why we ask for pronunciation help before we record anything.

How do I tell you how to pronounce the name?

Accepted Answer

Type it out phonetically (Example: Isla = EYE-luh) and, if you like, upload a short audio clip of you saying it. The clip is used only for pronunciation.

How many times will the child's name be used?

On an album, the name appears many times across every track — usually in each chorus. A custom song is built around the name from the first line.

Can siblings be included?

Yes, on a Custom Personalized Song we can include a sibling's name. Add it in the personal message field and we'll follow up.

Can I order for more than one child?

Absolutely. Place one order per child so each one gets their own music, or contact us about a multi-child bundle.

Can I hear a sample before buying?

Yes — the Listen to Samples page has full sample songs with names like Emma, Noah, Olivia and Liam so you can hear exactly how the name sits in the music.

Personalized Albums are typically delivered in 1–2 days. Custom Personalized Songs take 3–5 days because they're written and recorded for that child.
