Before production starts
Contact us quickly and we'll cancel and refund your order in full, or correct any detail at no charge.
Name spelling or pronunciation errors
We fix these free. If the name was spelled or pronounced incorrectly on our end, we re-record it at no cost. If the spelling you submitted was wrong, we'll still re-record it once free of charge as a courtesy.
After delivery
Because every product is personalized and delivered digitally, completed orders generally can't be returned. If something is wrong with your music — audio quality, missing files, a detail we got wrong — tell us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Late delivery
If we miss the estimated delivery window and the gift date has passed, contact us for a full refund.
How to request
Email hello@namesong.com with the buyer's email address and the child's first name. Most requests are resolved within one business day.
