Because our customers share details about children, we hold ourselves to a simple rule: collect only what is needed to create the personalized music.

What we collect

• The child's first name only and how it's pronounced
• Optional details you choose to share: age, birthday, state or hometown, favorite color, favorite animal, hobby, nickname
• Who the gift is from and an optional short message
• The buyer's email address, used to deliver the music and order updates
• An optional short audio clip used only to learn the pronunciation of the name

What we never ask for

• The child's last name
• School name
• Exact home address
• Phone number
• Any other unnecessary identifying information

Parental consent

Before checkout, every customer confirms that they are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have permission from the parent or legal guardian to provide the information for the purpose of creating personalized music.

How the information is used

Details you provide are used to write, record and deliver the music, and to support your order. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use children's details for advertising or profiling.

Payment information

Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

Retention and deletion

We keep order details so you can request your files again. You can ask us to delete a child's details or a pronunciation clip at any time by contacting us, and we'll remove them from our active systems.
